St. George Roadtriping

We just returned from a roadtrip that lasted two weeks and consisted of Phoenix and St. George. We had a successful trip tying once and winning three, we are now ranked 1st in our conference, 1st in the region and 9th in the nation! Thanks for all the support towards our great season so far.

What I have been baking lately...

Always a favorite

Coconut cookies, made into a sandwich with some frosting, then I also did them with chocolate chips and then some with chocolate chips and oatmeal. They were so good.

Made some cream cheese brownies with oreo crust, a little experiment that was yummy.

Yesterday I made a layer bar, that turned out super yummy. But they need so tweaking, obviously can't take a picture until they look good!

Exploring the Island

I get to go on so many adventures and hikes living here in Hawaii, I love it!

This was the end of the one hike I did this past weekend, so pretty and such an adventure.

Had to go down the log, very scary.

We had to go up this straight cliff, Jordan failed, so sad.

So there was this moss everywhere, felt like carpet with bounce and super soft, loved it and wanted to take it home!

We were trying to find this fresh water lake, had so much fun looking for it even though we couldn't find it, later found out there was a hour long TRAIL we could have taken.
